Within 5 days from the date of issuance of the tax invoices by the Contractor, they will be communicated to the Beneficiary by electronic means, by uploading them in the SPV (Virtual Private Space), according to Law no. 296/2023 and subsequent amendments, as well as by e-mail to the address of the contact person responsible for the execution of this contract, duly communicated to the Contractor (note: the e-mail address of the Contractor will be: facturi@soter.ro).

The communication of the tax invoices shall be deemed to be made by the Contractor to the Beneficiary in the manner indicated above.
